Northwest Hills Pharmacy is pleased to offer in-store vaccinations to our customers.
***Fall 2024 Flu and Covid-19 vaccines available!***
We are able to administer 2 vaccines at a time but will not administer more than 2 vaccines in one visit.
Walk-in vaccines are encouraged Tuesday-Friday from 10 a.m. -5 p.m. Outside of this time, please call the pharmacy for availability.

Influenza Vaccine (Flu Shot)
- We will need this completed form. You may fill it out here or ahead of time. It is a fillable PDF, so you can fill it out on the computer. Just click in the boxes to start typing.
- Once you have completed the form, please print and bring a copy or save a copy and upload it here
- Most insurance plans (including Medicare part B) cover flu vaccines at no charge to you.
- If you do not have insurance or if your insurance plan does not cover the flu shot, the cash price is $40.
- High dose flu vaccines for ages 65 and over and are also covered under most insurance plans. If you do not have insurance, the vaccine is available for a cash price of $90.

- We are administering flu vaccines to individuals age 7 and up. If you would like to get your child vaccinated and the are under the age of 7, please contact us to make special arrangements at 512-329-8667 to speak with our pharmacist.
COVID-19 Vaccine
Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine (2024-2025 Formula)
- The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine (2024-2025 Formula) includes a monovalent (single) component that corresponds to the Omicron variant KP.2 strain of SARS-CoV-2.
- For active immunization to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in individuals 12 years of age and older
- At this time we are only administering the booster to individuals 18 years of age and older
- Authorized by U.S. FDA For Emergency Use.
- Please note, due to cold storage requirements, there is a 15 minute waiting period to allow the vaccine to reach proper temperature prior to administration. You may call ahead to let us know you are coming.

ABRYSVO-RSV
ABRYSVO is a vaccine indicated for
- Please contact the pharmacy for more information on qualifying patients
- Active immunization for the prevention of LRTD caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in individuals 60 years of age and older.
- Active immunization of pregnant individuals at 32 through 36 weeks gestational age for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) and severe LRTD caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in infants from birth through 6 months of age. At this time we are not administering the Abrysvo vaccine to pregnant women. Please inquire about this at your doctor's office.

- Some insurance plans will cover vaccines at no charge to you. We will process the claim to see what your copay is prior to administering the vaccine.
